About

The Jourdain restaurant looks for a junior Chef de Partie to work with its Chef Baptiste Capdeboscq. Market cuisine, based around seafood, Bib gourmand 2018 & 2019 laureates, as well present in Fooding and Gault & Millau guides. Closed Sunday Monday.

You will be a member of a back-of-the-house team of 1 chef, 1 apprentice, and one kitchen hand!
