About

The bistronomic restaurant La Gazette is looking for its next Sous Chef. Come and work in a friendly place in the 16th arrondissement, with a diverse and loyal clientele.

We do an average of 100 covers per day with a menu that is both classic and creative. Every lunch there’s a daily changing menu, whereas for the dinner the plates change every month.

You will work under a rhythm of 4 cuts and 1 continuous service.
