About

To join the small team of our bistro in Pantin, we are looking for a chef de cuisine, passionate with the beautiful products and our creative and rigorous profession.

The menu of our restaurant changes daily to stay closer to the seasonal changes, keep an eye on our stocks and maintain a day-to-day contact with our suppliers / market gardeners / fishermen / breeders.

Regarding the working conditions, we’ll work 4 shift with daily breaks and then 3 consecutive days-off. Salary according to experience.
